Mumbai: Uddhav Thackeray led by the Shiv Sena has no plans to leave the Bharatiya Janata Party has an advantage in the next Assembly elections in Maharashtra, despite majestic victory of the party in the Lok Sabha elections as an editorial in the nozzle party 'Saamna' on the Sabbath. 

Citing a recent court ruling, Sena said, "excessive lust leads to divorce" and asked constituents 'Mahayuti' to exercise restraint while demanding additional fee during conversations seat assignment.

The things get even more difficult for the BJP to Sena Uddhav Thackeray supreme expressing his desire to become the Prime Minister of Maharashtra.

Uddhav, whose relationship with the BJP is live on the exchange seat for polling of the Assembly, also tried to assert the primacy of Shiv Sena in Maharashtra politics vis-a-vis its ally, saying the "face" that will to govern the state in the case of the saffron alliance coming to power will be from 

"Shiv Sena only". 

"Talks with BJP seat sharing are turned on. Seats will not contest that will go to BJP," he said, apparently, that the condition of Shiv Sena of "senior partner" in the coalition saffron in Maharashtra despite the decreased strength. 

In the 2009 Assembly polls, Shiv Sena had contested 160 seats and won 44, while the BJP bagged 46 despite the placement of candidates in only 119 seats. Lok Sabha 2014 elections saw BJP won 23 seats against 18 Shiv Sena. 

"Each party wants to expand its base and decisions should be made on the basis of ground realities. Ours is an alliance of 25 years old, but it's good if people stay within their limits," he said.

The observations, which comes ahead of finalizing seat sharing talks for the October 15 Maharashtra polls, being considered a veiled criticism of BJP amid reports that the latter had requested more seats to contest this time.
