Governor ESL Narasimhan finally managed to break the ice between the Chief Ministers of two Telugu states. Chief Ministers K Chandrasekhar Rao and his counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu will be meeting for first time at Raj Bhavan Tomorrow from 12 noon to 1 pm to dent out differences with regard to issues daunting them post bifurcation.
Issues like Fees reimbursement, nativity, power crisis, common admissions in higher education, Hyderabad joint capital, sharing of irrigation waters from Krishna, Godavari and others; inclusion of seven tribal mandals from Khammam to AP, demolition of illegal structures, ambiguity in allocation of office chambers in Assembly premises will come into discussion in the meeting
Along with Two chief ministers and Governor Narasimhan ,Speakers Madhusudhana Chary and K Sivaprasada Rao and two state Chief Secretaries Dr Rajiv Sharma and IYR Krishna Rao will be participating in the meeting
Both the chief ministers attended the dinner hosted by governor on Friday and Governor reportedly clarified them that it will be very disrespectful for both of them if they go on approaching Center on every issue.
When asked about the differences Chandra Babu clarified the governor that he is not looking for controversies and KCR said that his only focus is on the development of Telangana. After a brief class from Governor both the Chief Ministers agreed to sit across the table and resolve issues.The crucial meeting giving hopes that the issues would be sorted out quickly.
