Anantapur: Veteran journalist and writer Dr. Chandrasekhar Udhandam Anantapur has been recognized as the best reporter in the state and has been awarded the 'Patrika Ratna'. Journalists Karnataka Welfare Association presented the award to him for his humanist and inspiring stories in a function held at Ravindra Kalakshetram in Bengaluru recently.

Speaking on the occasion, guest of honor KGF DSP Vivekanand, special guests Nagananda Swamiji and Security Department CI Ravindra said the stories of Chandrasekhar published in magazines Telugu published in the state of Karnataka have been acclaimed by the people of Telugu living in that State.
