In 1995 when Chandra Bbau became the Chief Minister to remove the 2rs per Kilo rice and  liquor probation white papers where released with the details to the public and were put on debate. Now also Chandra Babu is going to follow the same thing say some of the leaders. After that they will sit for 7 to 10 days and decide the guidelines.

1. If the debts are cleared without any guidelines then the whole amount spent on that would be 87,600 crores.
2. If it is only the outstanding crop loans then it will be 59 thousand crores.
3. Outstanding crop loans, gold loans, loans on crops in wearhouses,  fishing loans when all these are removed then it comes to 34 thousand crores.
4. If the debt waiver is limited to rs 1 lakh ony then it will come up to 22 thousand crores.
5. Dwakra loans will come up to 10 thousand crores.
