A lady doctor approached a court in Kashmir saying the Jammu and Kashmir Health Minister Shabbir Ahmad tried to molest her. According to her statement on 28^th of the last month she went to meet the Health Minister Shabbir Ahmad Khan to his office, She said that she was offered tea when she was talking to him and after she drank the tea she felt dizzy and in that time the minister tried to molest her but she escaped from that place. But the Minister denied the accusation. On the other hand the chief Magistrate ordered the police to register a case against the minister. Upon the orders a case was registered in the Shahid Gunj Policestation under IPC sections 354, 509.
