New Year celebrations are not going to be easy and enjoyable this year as commercial tax officials is all set to release a circular 10 days before the new year. They are putting restrictions and planning to raise taxes entertainment event organizers, and they would carry out the programs commercially.

Hyderabad will be the second city to witness this tax after Mumbai. Large organizers must have the permission of the department of commercial taxes apart from the police and GHMC. If they do not, they slapped them with heavy penalties.
