New Delhi: A day after getting bail from the Supreme Court in the case of disproportionate assets, AIADMK supreme and former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J. Jayalalithaa left the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison on Saturday. 

A huge convoy escorted AIADMK chief out of jail in Bangalore. Jayalalithaa will take a private flight from the HAL airport to Chennai, where thousands of party workers are waiting to welcome you. 

Since yesterday, the AIADMK supporters have been celebrating in the streets of Chennai. The party cadre burst crackers, danced and distributed sweets in candy welcome to order bail. 

Along with the AIADMK chief, three other convict- Sasikala Natrajan, VK Sudhakaran and Ilavarasi J - have also been granted bail by the apex court. 

An apex court bench headed by Chief Justice HL Dattu said the four will be released on bail subject to the satisfaction of the condition by the trial court. 

Jayalalithaa's counsel Fali Nariman represented in the superior court. 

The apex court passed the order after counsel for Jayalalithaa said his client will not have any delay in the High Court of Karnataka and paperbook submit your appeal within two months. 

"If paperbook not submitted within two months, then we will not give even a single day," said the bank in South Carolina. 

After the submission of all relevant documents, the SC will ask the High Court to accelerate and complete the hearing on the appeal within three months. 

Former Tamil Nadu CM, who had said in her statement that she is suffering from various ailments, volunteered before the SC to stay in home confinement for 2-3 months while pressing bail. 

The bank, however, said he can not pass such "unusual" order for home detention and she can not be granted or denied bail. Asked Nariman to many months within the hearing of his appeal is completed. 

The high court asked Jayalalithaa to lead their party workers not to create law and order problem in the state. 

BJP leader Subramanian Swamy, who is fighting the case against Jayalalithaa, told mediapersons that former Tamil Nadu CM has given him conditional bail by the High Court. 

Give details of SC order, Swamy said Jayalalithaa was given bail until 18 December and then his lawyer Fali Nariman has to submit paperbook comprising 35,000 pages. "If she does not have the documents within the date specified security shall be released immediately," added Swamy. 

"Jayalaithaa she has to write a letter to her party members to maintain peace in Tamil Nadu and if it reports any incident of violence bail will be canceled," Swamy maintained. 

Jayalalithaa, in her statement, said she was convicted only of four years in the case and she is also suffering from various diseases as a cause of immediate relief. She said that as chief minister not to misuse their powers in this case. 

Jayalalithaa moved the apex court on October 9 after the High Court of Karnataka on October 07 rejected his bail petition and three other inmates. The court held that there were no grounds for granting bail. 

A trial court in Bangalore on September 27 Jayalalithaa condemned the 18-year-old disproportionate assets case to possess in relation to their known sources of income. 

In their petitions, Jayalalithaa has held that the burden of accumulating wealth against him in 1991-1996, when he was prime minister for the first time, was false and had acquired the property through legal means. 

Special Court Judge John Michael D'Cunha had in its verdict said Jayalalithaa and three others guilty of corruption that overtook him as CM. He had slapped a fine of Rs 100 million rupees in Jayalalithaa and Rs 10 crore each of the other three defendants. 

The case relates to the period 1991-1996 involving Rs 66.65 million rupees when he became prime minister for the first time.
