Its known that for increasing standards in policing of Telangana par with New York police System, chief minister KCR ordered for complete makeover.He ordered officials to buy 1650 innovas and 3000 motor bikes. The first bunch of Innova cars and Motor Bikes arrived to city few days back.Today KCR flags off Innova cars and motor cycles procured for city police at Tank Bund.
 
However a mishap took place on very first day. During the parade one of the vehicles hit another vehicle. Even though there are no casualties but the vehicles was very much damaged and oil started leaking from the car.Chief Minister and Police bosses were reportedly disappointed with the incident which happened right on the day one and the officials decided to take the issue with the car manufacturer,
 
Speaking on the occasion DGP Anurag Sharma thanked KCR providing the vehicles and he has said that these brand new hi-tech vehicles would do their best when it comes to providing security for the people. He assured the Chief Minister that the department would truly stand up to the govt’s expectations
