Samantha is one of them who have shot to fame in a short period of time. She is acting in Telugu and Tamil films; she has been more successful in telugu industry. But even then she is trying to settle in her mothertongue. She is acting with Surya in a film named “Anjaan”. Now she has got another chance. A film is being planned by director Murugadas with Vijay and they first decided to take Deepika Padukone but then backed off  as she demanded a huge amount because of which the opportunity came to Samantha. As Samantha was interested in settling in the Tamil industry she said yes immediately and has become busy.
