The movie “1” Nenokkadine movie directed by Sukumar with Mahesh Babu could not collect as much at the box office as was expected.

But the movies Hindi satellite rights were sold at 4 crores which created a record. This is the highest amount that a Telugu movie grossed for its Hindi satellite rights.

Even though “1” Nenokkadine was not a big hit Mahesh’s image helped in getting the huge price for the satellite rights. Ram Charan’s “Yevadu” satellite rights were sold at 3.6 crores. The movie channels are buying the Telugu movie rights, dubbing them and airing them in the Hindi channels.
