Samantha was criticized for making comments on the poster of Mahesh Babu’s ‘1’ Nenokkadine and recently she also criticized the Kollywood heroines for their makeup and their acting.

Recently at an event in Chennai Samantha criticized heroines saying I act only in the films unlike some other heroines who act in the real life also. She also said that she wears makeup only for the films unlike other heroines.

Some of the Kollywood producers thought comments like these from her will change the atmosphere in the industry so they appealed in the Kollywood Film Chamber. Notices were sent to her regarding this matter.
