Here's some good news for fans Phunsukh Wangdu. The 2009 blockbuster 3 Idiots starring Aamir Khan, R. Madhvan, Sharman Joshi and Kareena Kapoor will now have a sequel.

We have learned that the director of the film Rajkumar Hirani and writer Abhijat Joshi have begun work on the sequel and have been researching for a while now. The script will take some more time though.

Rajkumar Hirani confirmed the news saying, "Yes, we are working on it and have deciphered the clue But take some time.".

Raju also work on Sanjay Dutt biopic soon, for which already met family members of Dutt. Good friend of actor Ranbir Kapoor has said "yes" to play the lead role. It may take a while, but assured that on the way to the sequel.
