Malupu is a story based on a real event that occurred in the lives of four friends on the eve of a new year. One such word resentment turned their lives dramatically test their friendship, character and life of the people around them.The film is shot in more than 100 locations covering Chennai, Hyderabad, Pondicherry, Mumbai and Goa.
