Ahead of Govindhudu Andari Vaadele premiere, Producer Bandla Ganesh is in serious trouble. A case of cheating was filed at the station Bandla Ganesh Police Banjara Hills. The complainant, Rama Krishna Guntur accused belonging to 80 Lakhs Ganesh took it as an advance for the distribution rights of film Gabbar Singh Guntur Pawan Kalyan. 

However Ganesh gave him the rights and sold them to someone else. Its been two years since the launch but Ganesh did not return the advance money and had been avoiding him since. Also reportedly blackmailing Ganesh Rama Krishna referring to Mumbai mafia. The plaintiff filed a complaint in Banjara Hills three days ago. 

Police have been trying to get Bandla Ganesh for the last days of an explanation about the same but is not accessible to equalize. Finally the police decided to file an FIR and take the case forward. Complaints are on the police to try to "settlement" instead of pursuing the case three days. Bandla Ganesh is currently busy supervising the release of his movie ready for release, Govindhudu Andari Vaadele. 

This case will be a big headache for Ganesh, which came just two days before the release Govindhudu Andari Vaadele. Must see if this issue will influence the release of the film in any way,
