My Real Name is Naga Shaurya but call me Shaurya.
How did you got this opportunity in 'Oohalu Gusagusalade' ?
From past 5 years I was trying to get into acting. I stepped into many cinema offices and has given many auditions but in vain. Finally I decide to skip acting and do business. At that time, I came across casting call of Vaaraahi Chalana Chitram, I decided to give my last try, soon I got a call. After so many auditions and photo shoots I am in.
How was the response of the movie after release ?
Audiences reaction was super. We went to all multiplexes to know the response and it is tremendous, audiences are saying movie is simply super. Even in US the response is good.
Best compliment ?
As I am doing this project I got another offer from Rajamouli's Executive Producer. I feel it as best compliment for me. I am big fan of Nagarjuna and if he sees the film and wish that will be my best compliment.
First experience in front of camera ?
As I do a lot of auditions I didn't have camera fear but on day one I felt to prove myself.
Future projects ?
I signed my next project with director Koti who earlier worked with SS Rajamouli as co director and it is named as 'Dikkulu Choodaku Ramayya', 50 percent shoot is completed and new comer Sana Khan is pairing with me. One more movie is 'Lakshmi Raave Maa Intiki' which is recently launched.
Dream roles ?
Nagarjuna's 'Ninne Pelladatha' is my favorite movie and it is biggest hit for Nagarjuna. I want to do such kind of movies, that is my dream.
Favorite director ?
I want to work with all leading directors. I cant pick one, if I want to do good love story I pick Karunakaran or Goutham Menon, if I want to do action movie I prefer VV Vinayak and Boyapati, If any historic movie I prefer SS Rajamouli. I want to do with all directors.
Recently Balakrishna and many celebrities watched this movie, How did you feel ?
Balakrishna felt happy watching this film, he said "I too want to do such kind of films but it wont suit me, You are lucky shaurya". He also appreciated Director and producer.
In future if Shaurya film is released, what can we expect in that film ?
If Shaurya film is released audiences should think script is powerful, because only script plays major role for movie success.
